Editorial Reviews: About the Author Dr. Steven Eckert attended the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago. He was on staff at the Mayo Clinic where he served as Graduate Program Director for Prosthodontics. In 2010 he retired from the Mayo Clinic only to begin a full-time private practice devoted to implant dentistry at the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center of Minneapolis. He remains Full Professor Emeritus in Dentistry at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and Director of Research for ClearChoice. He has been an editor for three scientific journals and is currently Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants, a position he has held for more than a decade.Dr. Rhonda Jacob is a Board-Certified Prosthodontist who received her BS, DDS and MS in prosthodontics at the University of Iowa. Quite comprehensive for the size of the book! Great information on the fabrication & care of complete dentures and the sections on implant-supported prosthetics are excellent.

This book is very informative and better than expected. Very detailed, lots of photos for reference. Great buy for the money!

Combination of cases and experiences from the author. Partially biased towards the implant complany that he worked with.

This new version of Zarb has been greatly improved. New drawings and schemes; step-by-step tables and new chapters including a modified Massad impression technique (to make a definitive impression on the first appointment) and a chapter dedicated to overdentures.I had the previous version and this one is more clear, faster to read and very didactic. I can only recommend this new review of this bible of prosthodontics.
