Mr Shafi qualified in Medicine from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 1981. Mr Shafi is Medical Director for Nuffield Health. He is emeritus consultant Gynaecological Surgeon and Oncologist at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He has wide ranging interests with a national/international profile.
