How to Pass FCPS Part 1 in 2024

Whole study plan is for 2 and half month. And insha Allah you can easily cover all these resources and will pass FCPS part 1 in your next attempt insha Allah.

 

Secret about FCPS:

Believe it or not but both papers were 90 and 90 percent repeated from past. Not exactly same. But will little change in either in stems or in option. Bs shart ye hai ki apni sahe parha ho rafi and double A with sk 14. In Aug attempt same happened both papers were repeated but as that time my study was not that strong so mujhy new pool lag raha tha. Study sahe nhi karogi paper new pool hi lage ga.

For August 2022 attempt:

I studied rafi points and past papers from rafi 12 13 and 14 just medicine paper for 3 days. Jo ki wapas bhol gaya tha. So in aug attempt corrected 135 mcqs. Got wrong 35 mcqs other were not sure. Henced failed by 73.85%. got panic attacks that day because majority my friends were passed. So bs ab zidd pakar li ki ye part 1 har hal mai pass karna hai.

I watched movie that night and tried to get some sleep but har jaga part 1 ki tension. I sat down and start thinking where i went wrong. Came to conclusions Rafi book is good but is deficient. So my brother suggested me read rafi fast aid as well.

Ek friend ne double A suggest ki. I laughed and thought ye waisy ab random books advise kar raha hai mujhy tasali dene ki liye.

Next day i went to shop for rafi fast aid and sk 14. But rafi fast aid nhi ayi thi toh udhar double A book parhi thi. I just pick it and looked for those mcqs which were not in rafi points and i got it wrong in papers and surprisingly double A mai toh sab kuch tha each and every thing perfectly arranged chapter wise. I directly purchased it and started studying it.

About Double A= is a mixture of guyton, first aid, brs, snell etc all of them compiled in points and chapter wise and chapter wise mcqs.

Download FCPS Recommended Books and Past Attempt Papers you will need:

• Double A (Chapters points + mcqs)
• FCPS PEARLS Radiant Notes by Rafiullah 12th Edition
• Rafi points
• Kim files (All recommended but atleast 7 and 8 must)
• Dr Atif Afzal Quick Hints For FCPS Part 1 (Give it a read few days before exam)
• SK 16
• Rafi 14
• Sk 14
• Rafi 15
• Sk 15 
• SK 18

Group you need:

FCPS Medicalstudyzone group 1 ( Must, Your headquarter)

Study plan: 2 and half month

Started with rafi points 1 chapter per day. + Next day Same chapter from double A with mcqs which is there with each chapter (btw double A contain sk 1-13 mcqs with chapter wise arranged big plus point and thumbs up to Dr Atif for it).

It will take 1 month and 15 days.

From 15 days to 30 days. Just ratta sk 14 15 and rafi 14 15.

Next 10 days just revise anatomy+ minors from double and rafi whole points revise.

Next 5 days till paper revise and ratta sk 14 15 and rafi 14 15 but this time strong and final ratta.

Beach beach mai group mai try to solve maximum mcqs it will help you alot in two ways. One way is yahi mcqs paper mai bi hoty hai. 2nd way is you will be motivated all the time to do study and focus on your goal.

My paper experience:

After 2 and half month study and struggling paper boht easy lag raha tha. Jab paper howa khud hi bait ki 193 mcqs recalled kiye. Jis mai sy 08 wrong kiye thy( insan sy galti ho jati not everyone perfect) 7 unknown thy. Baqi got corrected 185 masha Allah confirmed thek thy with books and all references.
